We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@glexironvapor.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

3. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging and labels intact. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
